These Terms of Service are considered a Public Offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aya Sugaring INC, including all information, websites, tools, products and services available to the customer.

By visiting our salon, using the services and purchasing products of AYA Sugaring Expertise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. 
These Terms of Service apply to all customers, without limitation.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not use the services of AYA Sugaring Expertise.

MODIFICATIONS. 
AYA Sugaring Expertise may modify, update, change or replace any part these Terms of Service at any time. 
The most current version of the Terms of Service will be posted on this page.
Your continued use of the services of AYA Sugaring Expertise after any modifications to these Terms of Service will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.

SERVICES. 
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

AYA Sugaring Expertise provides beauty services, including but not limited to sugaring, hair removal, eyelash extensions, eyelash extension removal, lash lift, brow tint, eyebrows lamination, shape and tint.

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. All descriptions of products are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products and services that appear at the website. But we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Also, we do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

BOOKING
​All appointment requests are processed by website, direct message, online chat or phone.

For booking an appointment, please write:

• procedure you need

• your first and last name

• your e-mail (for confirmation of your appointment)

• your phone number (for sms-reminder)

• convenient date and time slot

A day before the meeting, you will receive a reminder by mail and sms.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION 
We reserve the right to refuse any order or booking you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 

In the event that we make a change or cancel an order (or booking), we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account information.

DEPOSITS
​We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to the cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULE
​If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 12 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 12 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service coast.

RUNNING LATE
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
If you're running a few minutes late, please text or call us. 
Any amount of time you are late will cut into your service time, however services will still be charged at full price.
We schedule appointments back to back. So we will not use another client's time.

VISITING RULES
​No extra guests, including relatives, unless both are getting serviced.

• No pets.

• No kids.

Our office is not the best environment for kids. If you want to make the most of your time at our salon, please leave your children with a caretaker. If you bring a child with you, we will not be able to provide you with my service.

PAYMENT. 
You agree to pay for all services provided by AYA Sugaring Expertise at the rates in effect at the time of service. Payment is due at the time of service.

REFUNDS. 
No refunds will be given for services that have been rendered.

LIABILITY. 
AYA Sugaring Expertise and its employees are not liable for any injuries or damages that you may sustain as a result of the services provided by AYA Sugaring Expertise.

WAIVER. 
By visiting our salon, using the services and purchasing products of AYA Sugaring Expertise, you hereby waive any and all claims that you may have against AYA Sugaring Expertise and its employees for any injuries or damages that you may sustain as a result of the services provided by AYA Sugaring Expertise. 

 

We will ask you to fill out an Appoinment Waiver Form before we provide the service.

DISCLAIMERS.
The services provided by AYA Sugaring Expertise are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have any medical concerns, you should consult with a doctor.

AYA Sugaring Expertise does not guarantee the results of its services. The results of any service may vary depending on the individual.
AYA Sugaring Expertise is not responsible for any allergic reactions that you may experience as a result of the services provided. If you have any allergies, you should inform AYA Sugaring Expertise before any service is rendered.

By booking our services on the website or another way, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth above.

GOVERNING LAW. 
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
