Please fill out this form prior to your appointment

Please check “I Agree” to all the boxes below

I understand that I cannot receive a sugaring service if I am currently using or have used in the past month any of the following: Accutane, Retin A, Retinol, Benzoyl Peroxide, Differin, antibiotics.

I understand that after undergoing a sugaring session, I may encounter temporary redness, irritation, and itching, which are common side effects. It is crucial to refrain from scratching as it can cause skin tearing or scarring. Individuals with sensitive skin may develop bumps or rashes in the areas where the paste was applied. Overall, sugaring usually has fewer side effects than waxing or other types of hair removal.

I understand there are certain contraindications that would preclude me from receiving sugaring hair removal, such as uncontrolled diabetes, melanoma, open wounds, varicose veins, and sunburn.

I understand that the use of tanning beds or sun exposure after sugaring hair removal is contraindicated.

If I am not satisfied with the treatment, I agree that I will inform the esthetician during or immediately after appointment and/or request a meeting with the manager.

Guidelines Before Treatment

Here are some preparations you can take to ensure a smooth appointment:

  • Ensure that your hair is at least ¼ inch long.

  • Avoid tanning and using retinoid creams 48 hours before your appointment.

  • Please come with clean dry skin. Avoid using any powders, cream or lotions to the area being sugared the day of your treatment.

  • For hygienic reasons, we recommend our clients to bring new cotton underwear for any bikini services.

  • Vajacial service can only be performed and is most effective on the hairless skin. We recommend making your Vajacial appointment 3-5 days after Brazilian Sugaring for the best results.

Guidelines for Aftercare

Here are some recommendations to minimize discomfort after your appointment:

  • Do not shave between sugaring appointments, as it disrupts the hair growth cycle and affects results.

  • Avoid picking at ingrown hairs, as it may cause scarring or infection. Let a professional remove them hygienically during your appointment.

  • Avoid any activity that could cause sweating, such as working out, and soaking or swimming in water for at least 24 hours.

  • Avoid direct sunlight, including tanning for at least 24 hours.

By signing this form, I acknowledge that I have read the preceding material and have answered the questions truthfully. I give permission to undertake the sugaring technique we discussed and agree to indemnify against any liability that may arise as a result of this therapy. I agree to follow all post-sugaring safety precautions, including no peels, tanning, exfoliation, or wet room services; no swimming, spas, or hot tubs for 24 hours; and any home skin care procedures as indicated by my service provider.

I understand that the institution will take all reasonable steps to minimize or eliminate any undesirable reactions.
