✔ Memberships and Packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 
✔ Can only be used for the service(s) that membership or package is for. 
✔ The validity period of the package and the number of visits per month are indicated on the purchase page.

Members and Customers with Service Packages are subject to the general rules for cancellation and rescheduling of appointments:

✔ If you want to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so yourself through your personal account on our website (Log In - My Bookings) or notify us by phone at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
In this case, if you cancel your visit, the service will be credited back to your balance so that you can use it next time.

✔ For missed appointments or cancellations less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, the service will be charged in full, as if it had been provided.
